So many people are throwing around the word “superfood.” Do you know what that actually means? Superfoods do more than just giving you vitamins and mineral needs. They also help with weight loss. Overall including superfoods into your diet with give you better health, help prevent diseases, lower blood sugar & cholesterol. Not to mention that they help with anti-aging. Who wouldn’t love that?
How do you feel when you eat processed, junk food? Not very good. It makes you tired, you feel out of it, bloated. When you include these into your everyday diet you will feel overall so much better. When you have these nutrient dense foods in your diet your energy will be so much better, you want be tired throughout the day, and will feel so much better.
When I do not include superfoods into my diet everyday, I notice a difference and how I feel. Try eating these superfoods and see if you notice a change in how you feel, your weight, if you have high blood pressure or cholesterol, anti-aging, overall health, not as bloated…. I mean the list goes on and on.
I have a list of my favorite Superfoods but there are so many different ones out there. The more whole foods you are including into your diet the better. Get rid of all the processed food and see how your body reacts to it.
