I am so thankful for Suja sending me these drinks to try! They have been so amazing, I love drinking them. I have about one a day. If you re looking for a way to get your greens in, then this is the drink. I love how they use great, quality ingredients. They don’t just throw whatever in there, its real fruits and veggies.

I have tasted many green drinks and they have a bitter taste & these Suja drinks do not!

They have juices, smoothies, probiotic waters, kombuchas, and vinegars. If you are looking for a fresh start from falling off your fitness and nutrition they  offer 1, 3, & 5 day cleanses that you can purchase from them here.

It is hard to say which one is my favorite because I seriously have loved them all. I love all of the health benefits they offer. I also got my brothers who are 13 and 14 to try them & they liked them!!! If teenage boys actually like them then they really are delicious.

I love the probiotic vinegar waters because they help with digestion. If you have problems digesting food or problems going to the bathroom then these are the drinks for you. They have 9 different flavors: Strawberry, Peach Ginger, Hibiscus Ancho Chile, Lemon Cayenne, Ginger Turmeric, Lemongrass Lime, Cucumber Ginger, Blueberry Lemon, Guayusa Lemon.

If you are looking for a way to get more probiotics in your body then the probiotic waters are a great options. They have 5 different flavors in these: Raspberry, Strawberry, Orange Ginger Pineapple, Pineapple Lemon Cayenne, & Ginger Lime.

Who doesn’t love drinking Kombuchas? There are so many benefits to drinking a kombucha a day. Helps detoxify your body, aids in digestion, natural energy booster, help strength your immune system, contains so many vitamins, and is a lot healthier option than a soda. They have 4 flavors: Berry, Peach, Ginger, & Green.

They also have the suja, classic, & element which have many different flavors and they have such great benefits as well.

Drinking a suja a day can keep the doctors away lol. Getting Back Into A Routine After Falling Off Track

Getting back into a fitness routine

So the new year new me thing may have worn off of some people by now. A lot of the times we start something but never follow through all the way like we would like to. Did you fall off of your routine & are stuck? We wait until the beginning of the year to start our working out and eating healthy. Most people stick to it & some fall off after a couple of weeks.

What keeps you inspired to sticking to your fitness & nutrition goals? I look back as my last show and how lean I was and how I could actually see my abs and I want to get back to that but actually stay there. I know I can do it if I reverse correctly. See what makes you inspired & look at it everyday or set it as your background on your phone so you see it multiple times a day.

It is so important you get into a routine and a great schedule everyday so you don’t fall off track. We all start somewhere. It is very important that you figure out what you like. Not everyone enjoys lifting weights. There are other types of workouts that you can do to get your heart rate up and burning fat.

Set goals for yourself. When you have reached that goal of losing 5 or 10 pounds reward yourself.

Find out what works best for you. What makes you happy. Maybe it is a group fitness class, pilates, spin class, swimming, lifting weights, HIIT workouts. Try out different types and see which you like best.

Have a workout buddy to keep you accountable. Both of y’all plan to go to the gym everyday at a certain time. When you have a friend to go with it makes you not want to cancel on them. They will be there to help push you through your workout and make it enjoyable.

Think of why you started. What are your goals that you are trying to accomplish. Are you trying to get fit for yourself or health reasons?

Never give up because you can’t do something. If you are having trouble with the weight or movement, drop the weight and slow down and really control your workouts.

Make it a lifestyle. Don’t do it because you think you have to. Do it because it is what you want to do.

When you have a set routine everyday it makes it easier to not make impulsive decisions. Like going out for drinks on a Tuesday.

Think about what you are putting into your body. Yes we all have cravings and it is fine to have those in MODERATION but your body does not need that. Make sure you are meal planning so it is easy for you to grab something to eat and quick for you when you have such a busy schedule.

When I started getting into fitness and caring about what I ate, it changed my life. I feel so amazing now and look way better. I am not under eating or over eating I am eating what is right for my body. When I go out to eat I make the right decisions. I chose to get chicken and rice with a salad or steak. Something healthy and that is good for my body. Not chicken fried chicken that I know as soon as I finish eating it I will feel awful and it will make me so sick.

Top 10 Superfoods

Top 10 Superfoods! Why are Superfoods important in your diet?So many people are throwing around the word “superfood.” Do you know what that actually means? Superfoods do more than just giving you vitamins and mineral needs. They also help with weight loss. Overall including superfoods into your diet with give you better health, help prevent diseases, lower blood sugar & cholesterol. Not to mention that they help with anti-aging. Who wouldn’t love that?

How do you feel when you eat processed, junk food? Not very good. It makes you tired, you feel out of it, bloated. When you include these into your everyday diet you will feel overall so much better. When you have these nutrient dense foods in your diet your energy will be so much better, you want be tired throughout the day, and will feel so much better.

When I do not include superfoods into my diet everyday, I notice a difference and how I feel. Try eating these superfoods and see if you notice a change in how you feel, your weight, if you have high blood pressure or cholesterol, anti-aging, overall health, not as bloated…. I mean the list goes on and on.

I have a list of my favorite Superfoods but there are so many different ones out there. The more whole foods you are including into your diet the better. Get rid of all the processed food and see how your body reacts to it.

My January Favorites

January FavoritesI can’t believe January has come and gone. Where has the time gone? It was just NYE. I thought I would start doing a favorites post at the end of every month & just let you know what I have tried and liked.

1. Kopari Glossy I got this stuff at the beginning of January and I absolutely love it. My lips always get super chapped in the winter and so I heard really good things about this gloss and I will forever use it. It also smells amazing-like coconuts! I have only seen it online though, not in any stores.

2. BP. Beanie You truly can never have enough beanies, right? This is for sure one of my favorite purchases for the month because I have worn it like a million times already. I love that it says “brrrr” on it, that just makes it stand out from all the other beanies. This is a must if you are looking for a super cute beanie.

3. Planner So yes I love the Erin Condren but they are a little pricy. I found this planner at Target and it is perfect. It has a day on each page and so much room. It is only $20, great price!

4. Kize Bar- These are so yummy. The texture is seriously so perfect. They have anywhere from 4-8 ingredients. I have not been feeling the Quest bars anymore, and moved to the Kize bars. I recommend these bars 100%. They are a perfect size and are also great for kids because of such few ingredients in them. My favorite are the PB Chocolate Chip & the Cookie Dough.

5.Fabletics So I caved and am doing the monthly subscription. Where I get a new outfit every month. I am actually really excited because their clothing is so cute & unique. AND the first 2 pairs of leggings are 2 for $24. Like tell me thats not the best thing you have ever heard!

6. Adidas NMDs Ok. I know I am super late in the game, I just received my first pair of NMDs… thx babe. But I am obsessed. They are seriously so comfy and so cute. These are worth the money, I promise you!

7. Adidas Ultraboost Oh my gosh…. even COMFIER! Is that even a word? Well, I am making it a word because seriously.. the best shoes I have ever worn. Thx again babe! I am so happy that I finally got a pair of these, you can bet that you will only see me in these two pairs of shoes!

8. Workout Bands These will forever be my favorite. They help activate the glutes so much! They are super easy to pack and when you are traveling and you don’t have time to go to the gym, do a quick band workout in your hotel room. These are going with me to NYC! I just purchased mine off amazon, but the next time that Katy Hearn releases hers, I am getting one!

9. Sunglasses I got these black sunglasses from Zaful and I love them! I didn’t expect to much since they were under $8 but they are actually amazing. I have been wearing them nonstop lately!

10. Bar Cart I have been wanting a bar cart for like ever I feel like and I finally got one and this one is absolutely perfect and I am so happy I finally found this one. It was one of the ones that was the best price I could find! Under $160.. that is super hard to find especially if you are looking for a gold one.
